Our Graziers Steakhouse is renowned in the Cairns area. We have a focus on delivering perfectly cooked prime steaks and other delicious menu options.

The Balaclava Hotel is a versatile function and event space, with areas that can cater anywhere from 10 to 60 guests. We specialise in private and corporate events; everything from conferences to birthdays, engagements and wedding receptions. We're able to tailor our rooms and event experiences to what you need, with cocktail, conferencing or seated menus.
When it comes to food, our amazing Chefs will always have you coming back for more. They offer everything from basic platters (serving 6 to 10 people) to an amazing buffet banquet. If that’s not your style, you can always choose from our three great alternate drop menus, or have your guests order off of our Steakhouse menu. Our team are committed to creating a function that you will enjoy, and to helping in any way they can.
